Dont you love Leap Years? This is natures way of giving us "more time". I hear myself saying nearly every day, there just isnt enough time in the day WELL we get one whole day extra this year! - If you work it out - this one day taken over the next three years approx gives you .02 seconds per day extra..... and look you have just used it to read MY blog..... thanks.....
